Demi bras, underwired and unpadded
Our demi bras are made with 90–91% organic cotton, with one style in 88% recycled nylon mesh. All of them are underwired and none of them are padded.
What is a demi bra?
A demi cup covers about half the breast and cuts straight or slightly angled across, rather than enclosing it the way a full cup does. The wire sits lower at the centre, so the neckline is lower too. That is why a demi bra works under a wide or scooped top where a full-cup bra would show.
Unlined, with a wire
The Core Unlined Demi Bra is made with 90% organic cotton and elastane, adjustable straps you can wear straight or crossed, and a hook-and-eye closure. There is a second version of the same cut, made with 91% organic cotton. Unlined and underwired together is the point of these: the shape a wire gives, without a padded cup.
The sheer one
The Mesh Unlined Demi Bra is made with 88% recycled nylon and elastane, in a soft transparent mesh rather than a cotton jersey. Same demi shape, same wire, a fabric you can see through.
If the demi cut is not it
For more coverage, see our full figure bras. Without a wire at all, there are our wireless bras and our bralettes. Everything is on the bras page.
Sizing in band and cup
These use band and cup sizes rather than letters, so measure rather than guess from your usual size in our other underwear. Machine wash cold and dry flat; a wired bra keeps its shape better out of the tumble dryer. Our materials page explains how we choose fabrics.
