Leave a review through our review email requests or directly on the product page (make sure you're logged in), and you'll get points on your account. We reward points for up to 10 reviews per month.

How does the Repair Reward work?

At Organic Basics, we are all about wearing basics for as long as possible - sometimes all it takes is a small repair. To thank you for making your basics last longer, you can upload a photo of your repair and earn points.

Please note that we only reward repairs made on Organic Basics items.

How do I redeem my points?

Log in and head to your Loyalty page to redeem your points for rewards. You can also use your points directly at checkout.

Where can I see my points balance?

Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.

Do my points expire?

Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.

Do my rewards expire?

Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.

I used my points at check-out but didn't complete my order - where did my points go?

When redeeming points at checkout, you turn your points into a discount voucher. Find the voucher under your Reward History.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

When do I get my birthday gift?

On your birthday! You have to tell about the big day 30 days in advance, in order to get the birthday gift.

I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively? 

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
