Can I still use multi-buy offers?
Our regular multi-buy offers, such as buying three tops to save 15%, are paused during the Black Friday period.
Will a free gift affect my discounts?
No. If your order qualifies, the gift is added automatically and can be combined with eligible Black Friday offers.

What are After Hours Extras?
After Hours Extra brings you a surprise deal on a selected style for just a few hours. Turn on app push notifications to catch it, or look out for a text if you’re subscribed to SMS in the US.
Each offer is limited to one per customer, while stock lasts. A code is required and can be combined with other eligible discounts. Check your notification for the details.
What are VIP Club offers?
Selected Black Friday deals are just for Organic Basics Club members. Check your member emails for exclusive offers and how to shop them. Not a member? Join the Club.
What about an extra offer I received by email or text?

Can I use discounts on US Last Chance styles?
Yes. US Last Chance styles follow the same discount rules as other products. If an item is marked Last Chance (final sale), that refers to its return conditions, not its discount eligibility.
