What counts as a vest here?

A knitted top with no sleeves, worn as a layer. Both of these are knitwear rather than a tailored waistcoat, and both are cut to go over a shirt or a long sleeve rather than on their own. The neckline is what separates them: one comes up to a turtleneck, the other sits at a standard jumper neck.

The two main fabrics

The True Knit Sleeveless Turtleneck is made with 100% organic cotton and nothing else. The Soft Knit Sweater Vest is made with 70% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester, with nylon making up the rest. Cotton leads in both, but the one with no blend behaves differently from the one with it, so the composition is worth reading on the style you are choosing.
