Cotton pyjama shorts for women, in 97% organic cotton

We make one pair of organic cotton pyjama shorts: the Core Sleep Poplin Shorts, in 97% organic cotton with a little elastane. They come in Black, Light Blue and a Matcha Green Stripe, in XXS to XL on nearly every style.

Why poplin rather than jersey?

Poplin is a woven cotton rather than a knit, so it is crisp instead of stretchy and it hangs away from the leg. That is the difference you notice in bed: a jersey short clings as you move and a poplin short does not. It is also why these press flat instead of softening the way a jersey does.

Wearing them

Short cotton pyjama shorts work on their own in summer and under a longer shirt the rest of the year. These sit on an elasticated waist with no tie, so there is nothing to dig in when you are lying down.

Sizing and washing poplin

Nearly every style comes in XXS to XL. Wash cold and hang to dry rather than tumble drying. Poplin creases, so take it out of the machine promptly if you mind that.
