What is the difference between the two?

The waistband is the main one. The Core Foldover Mini Skirt has a waistband you can fold over, so the rise changes depending on how you wear it. The Soft Knit Rib Mini Skirt has a fixed ribbed waist and a knitted body instead. A cotton mini skirt in a rib knit sits differently from one in a smoother jersey, so the two are worth comparing on the product page rather than on the thumbnail.

The fabrics

The Core Foldover Mini Skirt is made with 88% cotton, with elastane making up the rest. The Soft Knit Rib Mini Skirt is made with 60% cotton and 40% recycled nylon. Cotton leads in both, but the balance between the two is quite different, which is why one handles like a jersey and the other like a knit.
