"It’s a very comfy but very stretchy top. I use it for sleeping, bc I like to sleep in something I can barely feel on my skin. It’s quite stretchy tough, so keep that in mind. I have a 32B chest, and I don’t think these are for wearing outside without a bra or definitely not fitted for exercise."
