We get it - some things just aren’t meant to be. If you didn’t love your basics, we are happy to exchange them for a store credit or issue you a full refund for orders within 365 days of purchase. We just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original paper packaging, otherwise we cannot accept your return. We send all of our packages in a reusable bag made from 100% recycled plastic so you can use it again for you return.

Is it possible to cancel my order?
We are doing our very best to ship your products as fast as possible. Because of this your products might already be on their way. Reach out on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out.
Victim of fraud - what to do?
Contact us right away on email@example.com to cancel any orders and to follow the case. We also recommend that you contact the proper authorities and your bank to block the card that has been used.
I bought my products from a 3rd party store
You've bought your products through another site, and not yet received what you've been promised – what do you do? In this case please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about the situation. At the same time, you should contact the company where you have placed the order. We can assist you with evidence of your purchase after that.
When can I expect to hear back from you?
We do our very best to get back to you as fast as possible. You can expect to hear from us within 48 hours although we strive to give you an even faster reply. During weekends and public holidays, it may take a little longer.
Where do I send my feedback?

Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?
While we do our best to avoid passing on additional taxes or duties to international customers, these may be charged on orders outside of the EU. We are unable to cover the cost in these cases.
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Dankort, VISA/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Paypal and MobilePay.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 14 working days after we have received your package for your return to be processed, and an additional 30 days for your bank to transfer the refund to your account. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the refund is on its way.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship to all countries except: Russia. Please note the we currently do not support Packstations in Germany. You will need to provide a physical address, with a name on the door and/or post box.
How much does shipping cost?
We use GLS and the Danish postal service PostNord for all our deliveries in Europe. For international orders, we use DHL or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders will receive a tracking number on the registered e-mail after the product has been packed and shipped. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you haven’t received a tracking number.
I haven't received my order?
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery, please contact us at email@example.com to make sure we have your correct address. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 3 working days for deliveries within Denmark and up to 4 working days for deliveries within the EU and up to 7 working days for the rest of the world.
How do I return a product?
You can return your order within 365 days of purchase. We just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please fill out our return form here. Once you have registered your return, stick it in the mail with your order number - this is super important because we need to know it’s your order. It’s exactly what sounds like, If you are not satisfied with our product, the first pair is on us. So whether you ordered a pair of boxer briefs or a triangle bra, we guarantee you that you either love our products, or you'll get your money back.
